Computer Education for Children in Need

Educating underprivileged children on today’s most in-demand computer skills.

With the continuing advancement of technology and role computers play in everyday life, it is imperative that we take charge of how and when our children are introduced to computers. Sheltering Harbour aims to build a strong foundation in computer literacy for children in our community, so they can confidently operate and interact with computers throughout their lives.

Our Program

Sheltering Harbour's self-paced coding curriculum lets students learn by applying coding to core subjects.

The coding activities build and reinforce STEM skills, math, and science, while introducing programming concepts such as repetition, conditional logic, variables, and functions. Our students can start coding at a young age and can utilize our program's visual block coding modules to create games, apps, art, music animations and more! Sheltering Harbour empowers students to become creators, and gives students the coding skills to help them be successful today and tomorrow.
