Sheltering Harbour is a residential treatment center operating at four campuses, designed to help boys and girls aged 10 to 17 with emotional or behavioral problems return to a healthier, more productive and less restrictive environment. It is a fully licensed facility meeting all applicable Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services standards. Sheltering Harbour provides a safe, sanitary and nurturing environment which fosters each child's self worth.
